I can think of scenes of public speaking and award ceremonies in films
as diverse as e.g. "Mr. Smith goes to Washington," "Citizen Kane"
(public speaking), "Star Wars," "Silence of the Lambs," and "Speed"
(award ceremonies)." Or are you looking for films that focus on these
issues?
