I need references of feature films telling about poverty. I have in mind=
 films
like "Grapes of Wrath", some films of Satyajit Ray and Kurosawa (Express=
.
something?), even "Gandhi". I would like to get titles all over the worl=
d,
not only Hollywood films.
If you know any film books discussing about esthetic of poverty, I would=
 be
grateful, too. I know "Unthinking Eurocentrism" and "Third Cinema" and s=
ome
texts of Solanas and Gettino, but is there anything written about povert=
y
in for example Hollywood films or in neorealist films?
