Other than in Barnow's DOCUMENTARY I've been able to find very little
on Louis Malle's "Phantom India" (1968) from which "Calcutta" (also 1968)
was ultimately extracted.
If anyone can cite any references re: Malle as a documentarian in India or
on "Calcutta" I would greatly appreciate it.
