 From memory - perhaps the British Film Institute publication, MISSING
BELIEVED LOSTmay have some relevant information - I'm not sure. But,
certainly, Rachel Low's early pioneering work on the History of British
Film may have something on him. At any rate, there is always the
Information Department of the British Film Institute Library who may
be able to help. Even better, if you have a contact in London who is a
member then s/he may be able to find some information for you.
