Does anyone have experience/advice on obtaining the permission to use film
and TV images in an academic book--specifically from Universal, American
Zoetrope, and Fox (for Chris Carter's Millennium)?  Any addresses or contact
names in the publishing rights departments of these companies--or
suggestions on how to find such an address and word the request?
