Octobre was partially (and controversially) funded by the National Film
Board of Canada. You can probably get information about, if not a copy of,
the movie from the NFB. In Canada there is a phone number: 1-800-267-7710;
I don't know if it works elsewhere. If you are inquiring from Europe (PAL
format), there used to be an NFB office in London. If it is not there
anymore, then check with the Canadian consulate or embassy there. They
might be able to help you.
