The INFO/TECH/WAR/PEACE project at Brown University&#8217;s Watson Institute for International Studies [www.infopeace.org] is accepting entries for a student short film competition being held in conjunction with 911+1, an art exhibition and colloquium scheduled for September 2002.  The theme of the competition is &#8216;911: Before, After, and In Between.&#8217;  We are soliciting student work for an August 1, 2002 deadline (extended from May 1, 2002).  The three winning entries will receive cash prizes and will be screened as part of the exhibition and colloquium at the Watson Institute in Providence, RI [www.watsoninstitute.org].
