Film positions at Florida State University:
 
MFA program:  Four or five assistant/associate professors for
non-tenured appointments, with period of appointments negotiable:  one
semester, 9 months, 12 months.  Prefer applicants with professional
experience in any combination of narrative filmmaking and/or narrative
video or television producing/directing.  PhD, ABD, or commensurate
professional experience required.  Application deadline:  March 29,
1991.

SChool of Motion Picture, Television and Recording Arts Conservatory,
Asolo Center, 5555 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL  34243.
 
BFA Program:  two faculty positions for either tenure-earning Assistant
or Associate Professor appointments, or for non-tenure visitng
appointments for either 9 or 12 month periods.  Both require a
background in film production and/or writing, preferably for
narrative/dramatic film.  PhD, ABD or MFA, or extensive equivalent
professional experience required.  Application deadline:  March 29, 1991
or until filled.
