Actually, I know about the "language he created" for Quest of Fire, but I'm
more interested in what he did for the subtitles for Cyrano (I am expanding
an article on subtitles I did for Film Quarterly's current issue into a book
on translation and cinema). Since posting my message yesterday I checked out
the comments on the Internet Movie Database, and quite a few of them make
special note of the subtitles. Now my interest is really growing.
