I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but I remember Chris
Marker being involved in such a project a few years back. However, I
couldn't find anything about it on IMDB or on Adrian Miles site
http://cs.art.rmit.edu.au/projects/media/marker/ .

I saw a screening of the programs at the "Montreal Festival of New Video
and Cinema", and I believe the screening included a short by Marker
about these young filmmakers .... Slon-Tango ... I'm not sure.

From Adrian's site:

Slon-Tango (1993)
Video (part of Zapping Zone)
Filmed at Ljubljana Zoo (Bosnia).
Director: Chris Marker
Music: Igor Stravinsky
Running time: 4 minutes, 15 seconds
References: "La Petite Illustration." Program Notes, Museum of Modern
Art.
