LAS VEGAS WEEKEND (Dale Trevillion 1985)
BUGSY (Barry Levinson 1991), which covers Ben Siegel's creation of Vegas in the forties.
There are also many B type movies with a Las Vegas background (eg: Las Vegas Story) which were shot in the studio.  Of course, there's a chance that viewing some of these movies may change your mind about visiting!
