When showing the film I found that if you don't get the focus right on the opening distributor logo, you've had it. The rest was impossible to focus as the camera never stayed still (plus it looked dreadfully grainy - either a super 16mm blow job or really fast stock, which didn't help). The depressing content apart, how anyone could sit through 8 reels of that without feeling somewhat unwell defeats me... __________________________________ Leo Enticknap Postgraduate Common Room School of English and American Studies University of Exeter Queen's Building, The Queen's Drive Exeter Devon EX4 4QJ United Kingdom email: [log in to unmask] ---- Screen-L is sponsored by the Telecommunication & Film Dept., the University of Alabama.
