In reference to Shawn Levy's request for info. about blacklisted writers
who won Oscars, the most famous example is Dalton Trumbo, member of the
Hollywood Ten, who won a Best Screenplay Oscar as "Robert Rich" for
THE BRAVE ONE (1956).

In NAMING NAMES (1980), Victor Navasky also mentions:
Pierre Boulle getting Best Screenplay for BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI, which
was actually written by Carl Foreman and Michael Wilson.

Ned Young, as "Nathan Douglas" for THE DEFIANT ONES (along with Harold Jacob
Smith)

Other writers, of course, also worked under pseudonyms or were fronted by
other names. The ones above, though, are the only ones I can find directly
connected to the Oscars.
