 I decided to reply to this to the whole list because I am lazy and because
it is an interesting issue. ULysses Gaze Has in fact been acquired by a
video distributor, Fox/Lorber. They intent to let a 35mm print of the film
play at several museums and theaters before they release the video sometime
in 97. It is increasingly common for foreign art titles to go direct to
video with no film release or prints in the US. I think it is is a bad
trend for those of us who are old fashioned enough to care about film.
