   I am the owner/manager for a ListServ  NBS-AEP.  This list is designed for
students, faculty, and professionals in the industry.  It has been set up to
help the student bridge the gap between their academic life and their
professional one.  This organization is the National Broadcasting Society/
Alpha Epsilon Rho.  The future of our industry lies with those who are comming
after us.  Any help we can give to them is a blessing.  These young people are
