Yes.  The name is Conrad Rooks.  The film also features William S. Burroughs,
Allen Ginsberg, the Fugs, Ornette Coleman and Ravi Shankar, who also did the
film's score.
 
Takes me back . . .   But Cinemania does not indicate that it's available on
video.  (Those things change all the time, of course.)
 
oh, the film in question was CHAPPAQUA (1966)
 
Rooks' version of SIDDHARTHA doesn't seem to be on video either.
