Int'l Radio and TV Society Foundation has a summer fellowship program. They wanted outstanding students (juniors or seniors) with academic records and extra-currcular activities that suggest they will be the communications leaders of tomorrow. Full-time undergraduates who are juniors or seniors in a four-year college are eligible to apply as long as they will not graduate prior to May, 1996. A communication major or have demonstrated a strong interest in the field through extracurricular activities or other practical experience. You must also be able to take part in the entire 9 weeks of the program: June 10-August 9, 1996. To apply, simply complete the application form and return to the IRTS Foundation by_____Dec. 29, 1995._____ If you are invited to compete in the final round, you will receive a second questionnaire sometime prior to Dec. 20, 1995. Those selected to participate in the program receive air or train fare, housing at a local college dormitory, and a small allowance to defray the cost of food, inner-city commuting, and personal expenses.
