Chicago, Illinois has a large Indian population.  There are several video
stores in certain neighborhoods which carry vast amounts of Indian popular
videos.  I certainly will look into whether or not those are subtitled the
next time I am in one such neighborhood, if it would be helpful to you.  I
know that you can get some classic Ray movies with subtitles from
distributors here.
