There are lots of software packages, but any useful word processing software will allow you to preformat for scripts. Three words is not enough, three pages is too much. Perhaps three paragraphs is about right, depending on the paragraphs' content. Why do you want a co-writer? Be a writer first, and find your strengths. Then, when you've also identified your weak areas, you'll be better able to shop for a collaborator.
