You might try PICTURE START, INC., a small Chicago distributor of some very
good independent animation.  I do not have one of their current catalogs
and so cannot be sure that they carry this particular title by Steve Segal,
but at the very least they should be able to tell you how to get in touch
with him.  You can contact them at <[log in to unmask]>. RED BALL EXPRESS is
a delightful piece of direct animation.  You might also want to look into
the films of Rose Bond--she animates without a camera, and her films
actually tell stories whereas most direct animation tends to be fairly
abstract.
