a reply--
My only involvement in this project was posting the original message, so
unfortunately I can't shed any light on what has happened. However, I'm
forwarding your messages to Jim Welsh with a request that either he or
John get in touch with you.  I'll also be glad to post any additional
information that comes my way.
Thanks for letting me know about this problem.  I hope that you will
