SECAM also has several variants the main being Vertical polarisation (France, etc) and Horizontal polarization (middle east, etc.). Its also 625 lines, 50 fields/second (25 frames/sec). 8 MHz channel, 5.5 Mhz video bandwith. 1.25 VSB 'System Essentially Contrary to the American Method' is self-explanitory.
