I am not going to try to attempt to be an expert on the subject, but what I liked about NBK was the fact that the telling of the story was not (as in many Hollywood films) purely a function of the content of the film, but also of its style. What I mean (and forgive me as I state the obvious) is that because Stone uses the MTV style etc, the actual construction of the film is part of its narrative/narration. I look at _Hiroshima Mon Amour_ as a parallel. LUKE __________________________________________________________________________ | | | Luke T.
