No.  At the very least, _Julia and Julia_ (Italian, 1987; d: Peter del
Monte), starring Kathleen Turner, Gabriel Byrne, and Sting, was shot on
high-definition video, then transferred to film.  Don't have the info handy,
but I seem to remember that Coppola used video for one of the Hinton
films or _One From The Heart_. (might be wrong about Coppola, but
positive about the first film).
