I agree that Tarantino is a talented director, but if RD is as close to City on Fire as the article in FT suggests, Ringo Lam probably should have gotten story credit on RD. Tarantino should have somehow acknowledged what he must have known would eventually come up. Lifting scenes from other movies is one thing, but trying to pass off a remake as an original idea is another. Does anyone out there know where I can get a decent copy of City on Fire so I can judge the similarities for myself?
