Nielsen ratings and Billboard charts can be glommed on to using FINGER:
 
finger [log in to unmask]              for Billboard
finger [log in to unmask]   for Nielsen's
 
FINGER is a Unix (?) based deal that is normally used for trying to
find users at a particular site, but it provides these other
resources too.
