Tonya issue served to direct attention away from that enough so that the crass commercialization was buffered. can the fledgling narrative of Nancy and her Endorsements in any way work against the whole process of justification/misdirection to which Nancy v. Tonya was directed? jim (thanks to Mark Bunster for the "Dan vs. Dave" correction. i was never good with names.)
