I'm not sure what you mean about the "conditions" and "problems" of working at the BBC. AS far as getting a work permit, I don't think there will be any problems if you secure an internship before you go over there. In a sense an internship would probably put you in the position of a visiting student or scholar, which shouldn't be a problem at all. In terms of working in Britain, I think (regional accents aside) you won't have any problems "fitting in." London is a very cosmopolitan city.
