In 1979, there was a hit musical off-Broadway called "The Club."  It
portrayed the activities of an evening at an exclusive metropolitan men's
club in the twenties, paying particular attention to sexist attitudes.  The
catch was, the entire cast was female.
 
In one scene, one cast member makes fun of contemporary women by imitating
them satirically.  The double irony was quite a challenge for an actress!
 
Although a theatre piece, I'm almost certain that American Playhouse
videoed it... check the databases.
