BTW Bicycle Thief is by DeSica (1948 I believe) not Truffaut.
 
Truffaut is Shoot the Piano Player and Last Metro and Farenheit 451 and
Jules and Jim and several others but no title as far as I can tell having
thief or thieves in it.
 
There are at least 11 other flicks w/ the word thief or thieves, but i'll
give up here trying to figure out how you made that association.
 
I'll leave that to your private counselor.
