To those wondering about signing off on Screen-L, did you send the "SIGNOFF
SCREEN-L" command to "Listserv@UA1VM"?  I had the same trouble once
when I was temporarily signing off, but I had mistakenly sent the command
to "SCREEN-L@UA1VM," and it didn't work.
