COMMJOBS is one of many lists maintained by COMSERVE AT RPIECS.  A single line
mail message to <SUPPORT@RPIECS> requesting subscription should get you on the
lists for COMMJOBS and some other newslines that are automatic with a
subscription to any COMSERVE list.
