Kudos to Chris Amirault.  Finally . . . someone else who sees the Kinko's
decision for what it really is, not as some benevolent protection for
impoverished authors, but as a new and improved way for increased publisher's
profits, and, at a more insidious level, increased control over the free and
open exchange of ideas.  Here in Austin, only one or two shops (beside
Kinko's) are following the so-called law.  Engage in Civil Disobedience!
Frequent your local mom and pop copy shop!
