I've taught Hollywood Romantic Comedy a few times. Some of my (admittedly
American-centric) favorite meet cutes are listed below.

Classical:

*Bringing Up Baby
The Lady Eve

Post-classical/contemporary:

Girlfriends

*She's Gotta Have It*
*Bridget Jones' Diary*

These aren't exactly romcoms, but they have good first meetings between
their romantic leads:
