To my knowledge, this particular film has never been released on home video. You might need to track down a 35mm studio print somehow, assuming that Warner Brothers has a viewable print and that the property isn't tied up in rights issues. Since it *is* a Warner Brothers/Seven Arts title you might also try requesting that Turner Classic Movies broadcast it. There's a contact form on their website.
