The Department of Communication and JournalismAuburn University Seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Social Media technology to begin August 16, 2007. The successful candidate will be able to conduct research and teach coursework that addresses screen-based issues across three majors (Radio/Television/Film, Public Relations, and Journalism). Courses include Multimedia Production, PR Style & Design, and Newspaper Editing & Design. The candidate selected for this position must meet the eligibility requirements for working in the United States at the time appointment is scheduled to begin and be able to communicate effectively in English.
