Forgive me for not being able to pinpoint the source, but I KNOW I've seen a list like this in the past year or two. I want to say it was online at one of those TV history sites, but I could be wrong. I remember being struck by the fact that some countries had nothing until the early 1970s... Perhaps it's a useless response, but I thought you would want to know the list DOES exist.
