Is this the movie that was based on the book _The Scarecrow of Oz_,
or is it the one that was based on the stage show?
This film is based on the stage version, which was very popular at the
beginning of the least century. It is made in the Pathe style, with lots of marching
in front of a static camera. I discovered and preserved the film at GEH and
am happy that it has been included in Treasures II.
