Jutta Brueckner's One Glance and Love Breaks Out is a great film about
tango and gender relationships but I don't know whether a subtitled version
exists.
Boy! What a Girl is a brilliant swing-dance cross-dressing comedy.
Sally Potter's Tango would potentially fit.
