Jutta Brueckner's One Glance and Love Breaks Out is a great film about tango and gender relationships but I don't know whether a subtitled version exists. Boy! What a Girl is a brilliant swing-dance cross-dressing comedy. Sally Potter's Tango would potentially fit.
