Here's one that's not bad:

http://www.critics.com

This site's gimmick is to showcase how many stars new releases get from a
range of practicing critics connected to various media (newspapers, magazines,
TV, etc.). In this way, they're thinking, you can get at a glance a quick,
Consumer Reports-type fix on "how good a movie is."

The site went further, once, in rank ordering movies by year in terms of
their
average star rating. Don't know if it still does this, though.

The reviews only go back to about '97 or so, but the site is useful in
linking you to the how new movies have fared with "the critics." It's
easy, as well, to access reviews by well known critics like Ebert, Maslin,
Berardinelli, etc.
