Did anybody else notice on an episode of The Sopranos a couple of weeks ago one sequence consistently broke the 180 degree rule? It was during the unloading of frozen turkeys from a truck and Tony is discussing a problem with an associate. I watched it twice and couldn't tell if this had some thematic function or whether the director was just rushing through a scene in somewhat cramped circumstances. It wasn't confusing so probably the "breaking" didn't matter. (& on a related note it seems like some of the scenes in Dr. Melfi's office this season are flipped with Tony now on the right looking left; possibly nothing more than an attempt at a little variety but it could be read in other ways.)
