in terms of narrative structure this is certainly true, though i suspect
that the post post-lude ["six months later"]-- or at least some
parts of the post-lude --  is just goofy enough to be atypical
of the kinds of narrative implication that generally shapes
stories with a conventional beginning-middle-end trajectory
