Do you mean films/books/articles about OR by the various ethnic groups you
mentioned?

Some suggestions for films both by AND about African Americans - obviously,
those directed by Spike Lee and Mario Van Peebles

Films about Hispanic Americans - I can't resist suggesting Welles' "Touch of
Evil"
