References to a forthcoming "Lost in Space" film bring to mind Jim Jarmusch's
use of that title (and the name Will Robinson for a character) in segment
three of his film "Mystery Train."  I read that he at first intended to call
the film "Lost in Space" but decided eventually to use the title for only one
of the segments.  Would there have been some sort of problem with rights to
the title, or are titles fair game?  I've always assumed the latter, given
the occasional duplication of titles that crops up in the media.
