There is a animated short that Nickelodian shows as a bumper during its
kids program.  Done in a documentary or news interview style, the short
shows zoo animals discussing there preference to the conditions and
uncertainty of their natural habitat vs. the controlled and comfortable
environment of the zoo.  I can't recall the name, but it was made around
1989, probably in Australia.  I don't know if this qualifies, but it is an
amusing and thoughtful film.
