I always seem to end up being tagged as the Python fan here, but I
just thought I'd point out _Monty Python's Life of Brian_, in which a
gladiator chases a Christian around the arena until he has a
coronary, while uttering the words: *I think I'm having a coronary*.

Has anyone mentioned _Heart Condition_, with Bob Hoskins/Denzel
Washington?
Also:
_The Swarm_ (or possibly the Killer Bees) in which Henry Fonda tests
an antidote on himself and then dies of an MI.
_Airport '75_ in which the pilot of a light aircraft has a MI, then
crashes into Karen Black.
