Anchor Bay generally does quality transfers & I haven't heard any other
complaints about these so you may have just got a bad tape (or batch). The
best place to get an answer for your question is the Home Video board
sponsored by TV Guide but moderated by Tim Lucas, editor of Video Watchdog.
