You might want to re-think the decision, but in any case the GPF can
be caused by the CTL3DV2.dll (CTL3D32.dll) you are using.  Check to
make sure you only have one on your system, located in the
windows\system directory.
 
This file should be revision 2.31, you can check by viewing the
properties of the file.
