  The dates for this year's CUFF are Tuesday August 11- Sunday August

16, 1998. The festival is held at the Theatre Building, 1225 West

Belmont Ave. Chicago, IL . Festival passes are $50 and allow admittance

to all fest screenings and parties. Single screening tickets may be

purchased for $6.00 each.  This year's Guest of Honor will be Paul

Morrissey, director of most of the films produced by Andy Warhol's

Factory. Moe Tucker, former drummer of The Velvet Underground will

perform at this year's opening night party. Our final entry deadline

just passed and we're in the process of finalizing this year's line-up

at the moment.  More information will be posted here soon or visit our
