I hate to be picky - no, scratch that - I love to be picky: there, I said
it.
 
My love for Chuck Jones compels me to correct Murray Pomerance [fellow
Canadian and a scant 70 Km. from Guelph] when he says that his mind was
"bent" by Jones' Rabbit of Seville. Although the tensile cohesion of his
intercranial material is none of my business - and I agree that
Jones' short films [I refuse to call them cartoons] are works of a comic
genuis - I have to point out that his name is Charles Martin Jones, not
Charles J. Jones.
 
Now that that's out of the way, I can relax.
